Bedford County residents Jayleigh Long and Shannon Kinser have been charged in connection with the death of a 2-year-old boy, whose cause of death was determined to be methamphetamine toxicity. Both were jailed in lieu of $800,000 bond each, pending their next court appearance. The infant was found dead at a residence in Broad Top Township on July 9th. An autopsy led to the cause of death and charges filed against the two.
