Chambersburg resident Issayah Juwan Fostion is being held without bond, after trying to flee officers during a Sunday morning traffic stop. One of the officers was struck in the side of his body by part of Fostion’s vehicle. He later jumped out of the vehicle and fled on foot, but was apprehended. He was charged, and ordered held without bond on several charges, including assault, obstructing and hindering, resisting arrest, DUI-related charges and numerous traffic offenses.
