Piedmont resident Brandon O’Haver was arrested on two district court bench warrants for failure to appear and violation of probation. Original charges included indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and possession and distribution of CDS equipment. He is currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center, pending a bail review.
