PUBLICATION NAMES BALTIMORE DIRTIEST CITY IN AMERICA

A national publication is calling out Baltimore for a dubious distinction.  The publication called House Fresh surveyed cities nationwide according to the number of sanitation complaints — such as garbage, waste and recycling efforts.  They found Baltimore had more than 47-thousand complaints per every 100-thousand residents last year — making the Charm City what the magazine calls the Dirtiest City in America.  Sacramento came in second.
