The Allegany County Combined Warrant Unit apprehended James Chad Logan, who had been wanted on a Circuit Court bench warrant. Logan was found by officers hiding under a pool table in the basement of an East Wilson Road residence. Original charges included illegal possession of a regulated firearm. He had been held at the Allegany County Detention Center, pending a bail review.
