The two previously open circuit court judge positions have been filled. Yesterday, West Virginia Governor Jim Justice named Michael Asbury to serve in the 14th Judicial Circuit Court. Stephanie Abraham will serve in the 13th Judicial Circuit Court in Kanawha County.
