A Cumberland man was taken into custody on Friday for destruction of property and first degree arson counts. Tanner Schweinsburg was trying to gain access to an ATM machine by using a blow torch. Schweinsburg began striking the machine with the blowtorch. Police told him to stop destroying the machine, but he began to approach the officers. After a brief struggle, he was taken into custody, and later ordered held without bond.
