Pennsylvania state officials say you need to apply by September 14th for consideration to be part of the Young Ambassador of Pennsylvania Program. Leaders with Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful and PennDOT say they want to hear from students in 10th, 11th, and 12th grades who are passionate about the environment and who are committed to making Pennsylvania the best place to live. Those chosen for the program will become student leaders and be – quote – “given tools to effectively make a lasting change.”
