Forty-year-old Omar Mohammad Abrahamof Baltimore was arrested and charged as a fugitive from justice. He was wanted in Falls Church, Virginia on two counts of credit card larceny, credit card fraud, and the use of a card for $500 or more. He had been held at the Allegany County Detention Center, pending extradition to Virginia.
