GRANTSVILLE WOMAN SENTENCED ON DRUG CHARGES

After pleading guilty to a charge of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, Grantsville resident Jessica Blair Baker was sentenced to a maximum of five-years in prison. She told the court she would request a modification of the sentence at some point, so she could attend a long-term inpatient substance abuse program. The charges came after an April investigation, as a confidential informant bought several grams of methamphetamine from Ms. Baker.
