Cumberland resident Rason Michael Patterson was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for failure to comply. Original charges lodged against him include trespassing on private property, CDS Possession, and failure to obey a reasonable and lawful order. He is currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
