Maryland’s Elections Administrator Linda Lamone has retired. Her last day on the job was August 31. She led the state through multiple elections over the past 25 years. Lamone was the second-longest serving chief of elections in the country before her retirement. Jared DeMarinis has been tapped to move into her position.
