MAN HELD WITHOUT BOND AT DETENTION CENTER

Fifty-eight-year-old Cumberland resident Steven Earl Horn is currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center, after being arrested on a Circuit Court Bench warrant. The original charge was driving under the influence. He was expected to receive a bail review.
