Cumberland resident Iywania Lisa Conaway is facing five counts of conspiracy to commit murder and related offenses, following an alleged incident last January. A probe by the Cumberland City Police and the Allegany County Combined Criminal Investigations Unit, resulted in more than two dozen criminal offenses, contained in a Circuit Court warrant served to Ms. Conaway on Tuesday. She was ordered jailed without bond. The alleged offenses, stemming from an assault investigation, occurred on January 22nd.
