The inaugural Cumberland Winter Festival and Market will take place on three Saturdays-Nov- ember 25th, along with December 2nd and 9th, from 5 to 9 p.m. each evening. Due to ongoing construction in downtown Cumberland, the event will be held at the Canal Place Plaza this year, with plans to move the event back to the newly renovated city center when construction is complete. Vendor information will be released in the next couple of weeks.
