Twenty-seven-year-old Thomas Victor Lancaster was arrested after he was found staying in the basement of a home on Cash Valley Road. The owner of the home gave officers permission to search it and Lancaster was found hiding in the garage, adjacent to the basement. A grand jury indictment charged him with drug counts, malicious destruction of property, and violation of probation. He was being held without bond, pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
