A man in Hampshire County has been sentenced on charges of possession of child pornography. The US Attorney’s Office Northern District of West Virginia reports that 25-year-old Dakota Whetzel of Romney was sentenced to seven years and three months in federal prison. Acting on a trip, state police found hundreds of images in Whetzel’s possession at his home.
