The Allegany County C3I Unit is investigating an apparent murder-suicide last Thursday. The Allegany County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in the area of Bedford Road for a well-being check. Two deceased individuals were located; also on the scene were the Maryland State Police Crime Scene Unit and the Medical Examiner’s Office. A 56-year-old white male killed his wife, a 52-year-old white female, then took his own life.
