Hagerstown resident Michael Sean Hafer of Hagerstown was arrested late Saturday night in Interstate 68 Westbound. Police originally responded to a report of a disabled vehicle; after Hafer consented to a search, both crack cocaine and suspected fentanyl were recovered. Hafer resisted arrest and tried to pull away from officers. He was taken into custody, received a District Court hearing, and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a $3,000 percentage bond.
