The new YOU CAN statewide initiative is aimed at stopping human trafficking. YOU CAN stop human trafficking seeks to help one victim at a time. The West Virginia Fusion Center is working with local law enforcement agencies to provide a tip line, and also bring awareness and education to the human trafficking issues in the state.
