STATE B.O.E. PRESIDENT SHOCKED BY SUSPENSION RULE

West Virginia State Board of Education President Paul Hardesty is shocked by the new suspension rule in the classroom.  After hearing how the new rule is being implemented, he called is a “train wreck waiting to happen.”  The new policy went into effect after the House passed a new bill in the last session.  It calls for a suspension from school if a student is found to be causing disruptions in a classroom three times within a month.
