Baltimore resident Shawna Lee Hamlette was arrested following a traffic stop on Park Street on Wednesday. Ms. Hamlette had been wanted out of Washington County on a theft charge. Police also found a suspected Percocet pill on her, and the car she was driving was reportedly stolen from Baltimore. She was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center. She was held on $2500 bond on the local charges; the Washington County warrant was used as a detainer to be served in that county.
