Seventy-one-year-old Cumberland resident Steven Delaine Kienhofer was arrested at UPMC-Western Maryland early Sunday evening, after refusing to leave the property. Police also asked him to leave, but he refused. He was issued a criminal citation and released, pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
