PA. FINDING MORE WAYS TO GO AFTER TOLL ABUSERS

Pennsylvania State lawmakers have approved a bill that would give the commonwealth more ways to go after people who abuse tolls. Senate lawmakers have unanimously approved legislation that would authorize the Department of Revenue to go after the lottery winnings and income tax returns of turnpike toll crooks. The bill now goes to the House of Representatives. More than 155-million-dollars in state tolls reportedly went uncollected in 2022.
