Cumberland resident Ginger Hedrick was charged with disorderly conduct and intoxicated public disturbance, following a Sunday incident in the 500-block of Greene Street. A disturbance there brought out Cumberland City Police. Ms. Hedrick and another person were creating a disturbance They were told to stop, but Ms. Hedrick reportedly refused and tried to resist arrest. She received a District Court hearing, and was released on her own recognizance.
