District 1-B Delegate Jason Buckel says he is considering a bill, sanctioning CSX Transportation for not participating in the restoration of closed bridges in the area. This includes the Washington Street Bridge, which has been closed for years. Delegate Buckel expressed his frustrations during a meeting with the Maryland Department of Transportation, held last week at the Allegany County Office Complex on Kelly Road. He says that if there is no movement on the issue in three months, he will submit a bill.
