MAN ARRESTED ON CIRCUIT COURT BENCH WARRANT

Cumberland resident Brandon Norris was arrested on a Circuit Court bench warrant for violation of probation. His original conviction was for two counts of second-degree assault. He was being held without bond, pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
