Thirty-four-year-old Christopher Michael Emerson was charged with violation of probation; an active bench warrant was issued late last week by Allegany County District Court. The warrant alleges that Emerson violated the terms of probation that had been placed upon him, due to a previous trespassing conviction. He received a District Court hearing, where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center, held on $500 bond.
