PA. REP. KELLY DOESN’T SUPPORT JIM JORDAN FOR HOUSE SPEAKER

Representative Mike Kelly, of Pennsylvania is one of 20 House Republicans who didn’t vote for Representative Jim Jordan to be Speaker of the House yesterday. Kelly, along with seven other House members, voted for Steve Scalise instead. Jordan failed to secure a majority in the first round of voting. However, he told reporters that he’ll try again for another vote today after he tries to get more Republican colleagues to support him.
