Cumberland is upgrading its water main on Browning Street, from Oak Street to Virginia Avenue, beginning Monday. There will be “No Parking” signs in the active work zone during working hours. Parking will be limited throughout the duration of the project. Water service will continue throughout the project, but unforeseen interruptions could occur without notice. When houses are connected to the newline, all those affected will be notified in advance.
