Baltimore resident Sophie Mae Holland was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for violation of probation. Her original charge was theft. She was extradited from Dundalk to the Allegany County Detention Center, where she is being held without bond, pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
