MAN ARRESTED ON DRUG, GUN CHARGES

Baltimore resident Marcel Darren Moses was served a criminal summons for 12 charges involving drug and gun charges. One of he gun charges is possession of a firearm during a felony crime of violence, and illegal possession of a regulated firearm.
