Frostburg resident David Darius Daughton has been arrested, and charged with attempted first-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder and other counts following a Saturday morning incident in the 300-block of Pennsylvania Avenue. A stabbing victim reported that a suspect had also assaulted another person at the same location and was at a residence in the 400-block of Race Street. Daughton was later arrested and found to have suspected crack cocaine and CDS paraphernalia. He received a District Court hearing and was ordered held without bond.
