MAN SERVED WARRANTS FOR VIOLATION OF PROBATION

Cumberland resident David Darius Daughton was served two Circuit Court bench warrants for violation of probation. In the first case, his original conviction from 2019, was for armed robbery conspiracy, where he was sentenced to 20 years with 15 suspended.  In the second case, his original conviction was, again, for robbery conspiracy, where he was sentenced in 2019 to a jail term of 15 years with ten suspended and five years of supervised probation. He is currently being held at the Allegany County Detention Center, pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
