Two fires, displacing tenants in Rawlings and Mount Savage were reported this past weekend. In the Rawlings fire, the tenants of five apartments were displaced, and Route 220 was closed for several hours while firefighters battled the blaze. In Mount Savage, three people escaped injury and were displaced Thursday evening, in a fire at 16425 Calla Hill Road.
