BANKRUPTCY JUDGE GRANTS MORE TIME TO LAWYERS, ABUSE SURVIVORS

Survivors of sexual abuse in the Catholic Church are looking for more information regarding church assets, while a federal judge is granting lawyers on both sides time to work out differences of the Archdiocese of Baltimore’s bankruptcy filing, before heading back to court. Abuse survivors are seeking a two-year deadline to file a claim, while the church has set February 24th as the deadline. The next court date is December 4th.
