Cumberland resident Andrew Jacob Getz was served with a Circuit Court bench warrant, issued as the result of a Grand Jury indictment on a charge of possession with the intent to distribute narcotics. He was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he is currently being held without bond, pending his initial appearance before the court.
