FIRES RAGE ON ACROSS WEST VIRGINIA

The number of forest fires continues to grow across West Virginia.  Dry leaves, low humidity and high winds are creating ideal conditions for fires in the state’s forests.  There are well more than 100 fires authorities know about, and Deputy State Forester Tony Evans is asking anyone who smells or sees smoke to not pick up the phone and call 911, unless they notice a huge plume of smoke coming from a specific location.  Some are also calling on Governor Justice  put institute a total ban on outdoor burning until there is some rain, and the fires can be controlled.
