PHILADELPHIA RESIDENT SERVED TWO CIRCUIT COURT WARRANTS

Philadelphia resident Fymir Lashawn Alexander was extradited and served to Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear and violation of a pre-trial release. His original charge was having a handgun in a vehicle. He was released on a $25,000 corporate bond. He appeared before a judge on Monday, where he entered a plea agreement and was sentenced to two years, with all but 7 days suspended-equal to time served and two years of supervised probation.
