CONEY MAN ARRESTED FOR VIOLATION OF PROBATION         

Lonaconing resident Dalton John Colmer was arrested late last week on a Circuit Court bench warrant for failure to appear for a violation of probation hearing. His original conviction was for second-degree assault, where he received a three year suspended sentence and three years of supervised probation. He is currently being held without bond, pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
