Authorities in Somerset County have filed charges against a 19-year-old Johnstown resident accused of setting a damaging brush fire. About 10-thousand dollars in damage was done by the fire that investigators say was intentionally set October 25th in Windber. No injuries were reported. Matthew Farmer is facing charges including arson and endangering property.
