The son of a elderly woman who was found dead has been arrested. The body of 72-year old Nellie West was found inside her home in Bunker Hill earlier this week. The officers who found the woman, and an autopsy performed this week, indicates her death was as the result of neglect. Her son, mark West, was arrested yesterday and charged with neglect of an incapacitated adult causing death.
