Thirty-five-year-old Frostburg resident Christopher Todd Ellsworth was arrested on a Circuit Court bench warrant for Adult Drug Court-Violation of a Presentence Release. The original charges against him include: CDS possession with intent to distribute narcotics. He is being held without bond, pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
