Cumberland resident Cassyopia Sestarr Schell was arrested on a Circuit Court bench warrant for violation of pre-trial release. Original charges against her include second-degree rape, third-degree sex offense, perverted practice, and sexual abuse of a minor, either in the house or family. She is being held without bond.
