Maryland leaders are highlighting folks with disabilities that have a positive impact throughout the state. Earlier this week, Governor Moore hosted the winners of the Governor’s Award for Disability Culture and Achievement. Governor Moore said the group has inspired thousands of Marylanders to help others. Members of the public nominate individuals for the awards each year.
