Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski is running for Congress. Olszewski made the announcement today in a statement and YouTube video. He says, as a public school teacher, a state lawmaker and Baltimore County executive, he’s proud to have dedicated his life to serving the community. Olszewski is running for the 2nd District seat currently held by Democratic Representative Dutch Ruppersberger who announced last week he won’t seek a 12th term in Congress.
