Union membership is reportedly increasing in Pennsylvania. An Axios report says it was at nearly 13 percent in the state last year. The percentage is slightly higher than the year before but about four percent less than it was in 2020. The rising union membership in the state is also a bit higher than the seven percent reported for the private sector nationwide.
