Former Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby could learn her fate as soon as next week. Testimony wrapped up yesterday at U.S. District Court in Greenbelt in Mosby’s federal mortgage fraud trial. Mosby is accused of lying on mortgage applications for the purchase of Florida vacation homes to hide tax debt and secure a better interest rate. Closing arguments are set for Monday, before jurors begin deliberations.
