Senator Joe Manchin is recognized for his lifetime of public service by the West Virginia Association of Counties. The Patti Hamilton Imagine Award was presented to the senator yesterday at the annual WVAOC annual convention yesterday. Manchin said the idea of giving back is the main reason why he is leaving the Senate in order to work on ways to unite the political parties.
