YOUTH HEART WATCH PROGRAMS OFFERED THIS MONTH

It’s not something you think about but officials with the American Heart Association say more than 23-thousand children suffer sudden cardiac arrest each year. That’s why organizers with the Youth Heart Watch and The Daniel Rumph the Second Foundation are teaming up to provide care to adolescents to find out if they’re at risk. The screenings are aimed at children who are at least five and up through 22-years-old. They’ll take place throughout February at the Germantown Boys and Girls Club.
